Ai Lin joined the Company in 2005 before moving to its Shenzhen office in 2007, where she was involved in growing the Shenzhen office and setting up the Beijing office. From a 20-plus staff providing simple back-office support, the Shenzhen office grew to its current strength of 200-plus staff with 9 operational departments now headed by their peers who are the pioneers working closely alongside Ai Lin during the formative years.

In 2018, Ai Lin oversaw regional operations including translation which saw the strength and resilience of operations/translation teams from all sites actively collaborating especially during the COVID period.

Ai Lin is currently managing a company-wide project of documenting and aligning internal processes across all sites with focus on establishing sound governance and building business excellence in our people through unified training and in our processes through adopting best practices.
