Jim received a Master’s degree in Finance from Brandeis University in the US after obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics from the China Foreign Affairs University. Most recently, he completed The General Management Program at Harvard Business School in the US. He used to work at New York Branch of TOPPAN and was involved in the early development of domestic listing and compliance business. With his experience and connections in capital markets, he later joined TOPPAN Nexus in Hong Kong and oversaw multiple business expansion initiatives. Jim possesses extensive industry knowledge and his expertise in cross-border transactions is well received by clients. He is committed to the development and expansion of business both vertically and horizontally across markets.
