Vinci currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President, People & Culture at TOPPAN Nexus, a role held since 2019. In this capacity, Vinci plays a key role in implementing HR strategies that boost employee engagement, enhance performance, prioritize employee well-being and mental health support, and contribute to the company’s overall growth. Prior to this, Vinci spent over a decade working in HR & Administration within the Group.

As a recognized Professional Member – M.I.H.R.M. (HK) of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, Vinci showcases a strong commitment to professional development and excellence in the HR field. Additionally, Vinci is a Certified ESG Planner (CEP®), a designation that provides the essential knowledge and skills needed to address Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues.
