Bernadette has been with the Group for two decades and held various positions from Operations to Administration and Human Resources. She was deeply involved in the establishment of the Regional Operating Headquarters in Manila and was instrumental in the expansion of the Manila team, overseeing recruitment and development efforts. Together with Management and the People & Culture group, Bernadette ensures execution of various initiatives and strategies to promote a positive work culture and enhance team cohesion.
