Po possesses a deep understanding of the industry landscape. With his extensive industry knowledge, he is able to identify market trends, opportunities and leverage emerging technology to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
His experience spans various areas, including regional office management, operations management, digital transformation, innovation and product design. Over the 10 years, he has successfully managed multiple large-scale projects, overseeing teams and ensuring efficient operations.
